Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. Processing times may be longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $75 or more, before taxes and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information by email.
House of Pink Aura is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
