Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your House of Pink Aura purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or damage, and returned with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund or store credit.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Final sale items, discounted merchandise, promotional items, gift cards, and personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be processed as an exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, depending on the return type.

Items that do not meet our return requirements may be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for a refund.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Please allow 5–10 business days after your return is received for processing.
